Delta Hotels By Marriott St Pierre Country Club, Mathern

The St. Pierre Marriott Hotel has stunning grounds and lovely surrounding landscapes, which create a beautiful atmosphere. However, my experience was overshadowed by some significant drawbacks, including dated interiors and disappointing dining options. The room was comfortable, but cleanliness and service quality could improve significantly.

I had high hopes for this hotel, especially given its reputation, but the experience was quite disappointing. While the surroundings are beautiful and the amenities like the pool offer a nice escape, the rooms were unfortunately outdated and poorly maintained. The dining experiences also left something to be desired, especially the meal we had at the Cast Iron Bar, which didn't match the hotel's upscale branding. Overall, I think the hotel has the potential to shine with some improvements in its facilities and service but currently falls short.

The room was decent but could have benefited from a better cleaning routine, particularly considering the issues my wife faced with dampness. Overall, it's a mixed bag of enjoyable moments and several areas that need improvement.

I had a truly lovely experience at this hotel. The picturesque lakeside view from my room was unbeatable, especially during sunrise. While the corridor leading to our room could use some sprucing up, the overall cleanliness and ambiance were enjoyable. The dining was wonderful, with excellent quality food, but the wine selection could definitely improve. This stay felt like a special treat, thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff, making it a memorable getaway.
